Who We Are Looking For
In this role you’ll be responsible for prospecting, managing the sales funnel/cycle, and building customer relationships. You will work with some of the largest brands in the restoration industry to provide game-changing results and directly impact their business on a daily basis. You will understand customers needs in detail and define how the Encircle solutions can meet those needs. Using your strong persuasion skills to generate leads, demonstrate the Encircle platform, manage pilots and deliver creative proposals will be the catalyst to closing sales. The successful candidate will meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas by working with customers and prospects to understand their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products, services and solutions where opportunities exist.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Developing and managing a monthly sales forecast in line with set targets
Actively listening and communicating with prospects through phone, email, and in-person
Educating and effectively communicating the value of company solutions through remote demonstrations
Qualifying sales leads and develop rapport, credibility, and trust with prospective customer contacts while identifying decision makers and key influencers
Presenting across a range of audiences: front-line personnel to leadership teams
Effectively overcoming obstacles within the sales cycle and come up with creative solutions
Working on a dynamic team with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Product, Professional Services and Customer Support
Your Background and Education
Minimum of 2 years experience in direct sales with a proven track record of achievement and stability
Experience cultivating leads and gaining access to line of business and executives decision makers, resulting in revenue generation for the company's software
Successful record of developing relations with prospects, key contact points within a prospect including C-level suite (CEO, CFO, COO), business owners, VP of Operations, VP of Sales, Project Managers, and similar roles
Able to effectively overcome obstacles within the sales cycle and come up with creative solutions while displaying perseverance to contact outbound sales contacts daily
Ability to manage a strong prospecting cadence to methodically create a diverse set of leads with a focus on building both quality and size
Background in developing and executing deal close plans for opportunities, while establishing the organization as a strategic partner to their business.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM and sales enablement tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Strong verbal communication and writing skills
Intelligent, energetic, Tenacious and determined with a ‘can do’ attitude
Software/SaaS industry experience would be a strong plus
Experience within the property and casualty insurance industry would be an asset
Experience within a high-growth SaaS start-up environment
Who You Will Be Reporting To:
The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales.
