What’s this role about? 

As a Senior Account Executive you will play an important role in Encircle’s success and overall growth using your ability to win customers. You’ll target some of the largest brands in Insurance and Restoration to achieve business goals.

What will you be doing? 

You will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline and closing net new business for our claims management software. A typical day will include:   

  • Developing and managing a monthly sales forecast in line with set targets

  • Actively listening and communicating with prospects and customers through phone, email, and in-person

  • Effectively overcoming obstacles within the sales cycle 

  • Educating and effectively communicating the value of company solutions through remote demonstrations

  • Qualifying sales leads and develop rapport, credibility, and trust with prospective customer contacts while identifying decision makers and key influencers

  • Presenting across a range of audiences: front-line personnel to leadership teams

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Success and Customer Support

 

What are we looking for? 

  • A tenacious self-starter with a drive to succeed and learn new things

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

  • 5+ years of experience in hi-tech sales

  • A people person with high energy and determined with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

  • Experience within a high-growth SaaS start-up environment

 

Preferred Experience? 

  • A track record of over achievement, such as sales awards or a history of exceeding sales targets. 

  • Experience with property insurance, restoration or claims, selling SaaS solutions preferred 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce 

 

Who You Will Be Reporting To?

The Senior Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales.
