Marketing Graphic Designer 


What's This Role About?

The Encircle Graphic Designer will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing. He/she will be working independently on designs and have primary responsibility over our Marketing materials look and feel.

Additionally, this person has experience designing wireframes, and hi fidelity website designs. He or she has worked with videographers and coordinated website changes with website developers. You’re comfortable managing both incoming requests while planning for future ones and you are proficient in working with; Adobe (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Hubspot CMS or similar web content management systems and are ready to show us samples of your work.


Who We're Looking For 

Our Designer will use creativity and a passion for visual communication to support marketing initiatives that will strengthen Encircle’s brand. You will leverage your technical expertise coupled with a strong knowledge of the design process to create striking and effective marketing collateral, presentations, website and general communication materials. 


What You'll Be Responsible for 


  • Conceptualize and design layouts for digital and printed materials and templates including for trade exhibits, displays, publications, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, proposals, advertisements, web sites, electronic marketing communications (e-newsletters, invitations, etc.), video and other communication channels and marketing materials.

  • Maintain the look and feel of the Encircle brand ensuring established standards are used consistently across all materials.

  • Creates and maintains a library of publications, graphics, media, digital records, and other visual content to be repurposed as needed.

  • Collaborating with the Marketing team and other staff, identify appropriate medium(s) for messaging using best visual communication design practices to ensure we are effectively communicating with our key target audiences.

  • Optimize photography, illustration and other images for a range of print and digital applications.

  • Support the development of tailored PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, career fairs and internal corporate meetings.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to brainstorm and develop engaging thought leadership content.

  • Integrate multimedia (video, audio, etc.,) with graphic design elements, as appropriate depending on the application.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of graphic design and visual communication and provide related technical assistance and guidance to others.

  • Participate in marketing planning meetings on a project-by-project basis.

  • Manage 3rd party vendors, such as printers and web developers to facilitate the production process for marketing-related initiatives.

  • Formatting, printing and binding current promotional material (Microsoft Word/ InDesign)

  • Provide support for the Encircle's participation in industry-related events such as trade shows, conferences and career fairs as well as the coordination of sponsorship opportunities.

  • Support internal communications including interesting and relevant local office events, initiatives, projects and industry news, to foster communications and staff engagement.

  • Stays abreast of best practices, and industry trends to support decisions related to marketing and business development initiatives.

  • Regularly reviews material to ensure adherence to brand standards and style guides as well as looking for areas for improvement.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge


  • Adobe (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Hubspot CMS or WordPress or similar web content management systems.

  • 5 years experience working in Saas with design planning and budgeting expertise that includes successfully creating and managing detailed workback schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
