As a Co-op Software Developer, you’ll participate in a meritocratic learning environment, build aptitude in some of the technologies common in the software development industry, and contribute to features and bug fixes that will bring value to our customers.
As a Co-op Software Developer you’ll be joining an amazing development team of 21 people. You will be responsible for working with product management to understand requirements and then deliver robust, tested software that is easy-to-use and understand.

Encircle invests a lot of effort into designing salary ranges that are competitive for the industry, the Kitchener-Waterloo area and your role. This will be discussed in the introductory call with your hiring manager.
To be eligible to work for Encircle, you must be able to legally work in Canada. We support working from home or from the Kitchener office. You must be enrolled with good standing in a post-secondary Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering co-operative program in Ontario. We are only hiring employees with a permanent address in Ontario at this time.
