What The Role Is:


As a member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Strategist plays an integral role in driving conversions across Encircle’s various marketing channels. This role focuses closely on SEO, SEM, and paid media, as well as reporting on marketing analytics. This position will also play an integral role in launching our new website!



What you will be doing:


  • Own and lead Encircle’s SEO strategy, including keyword research, website performance, and domain authority
  • Assist with the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, retargeting, and ABM to support revenue growth
  • Implement and lead best practices for tracking tactical effectiveness and measuring ROI
  • Manage paid ad campaigns across Google and paid social
  • Create successful targeting strategies to secure ad placements in front of a niche audience
  • Manage Google Analytics goals and events, utilizing Tag Manager as-needed to gain a deeper understanding of our conversion opportunities and lead paths
  • Monitor the performance of the Encircle website, making recommendations to improve traffic acquisition and conversion rates
  • Support the development and optimization of workflows and marketing automation in HubSpot
  • Deep dive into Encircle’s digital analytics across multiple channels and platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement


What you will bring to the role: 


You have a deep understanding of digital marketing. You understand the ins and outs of SEO, how to interpret metrics and analytics, the tiny tweaks that make an ad campaign thrive and how to reach a niche audience. You make data-driven decisions, split test anything and everything you can, and enjoy exploring new digital strategies. Most importantly, you’re a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and is eager to contribute and collaborate with the wider marketing team.


If you’re already familiar with the restoration space, that’s a huge bonus. If not, you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and take initiative to become an SME about our customer and product to understand where opportunities exist across our digital channels.


  • 3+ years experience with a strong aptitude for digital marketing
  • Strong digital marketing skills with demonstrated experience managing and improving SEO and paid ad campaign results
  • Ability to carefully define ad targeting segments to deliver specific messages to narrow audiences
  • Certification in Google products including Analytics, Data Studio, Ads, Search Console, and Tag Manager
  • Experience with Salesforce, Drift, or HubSpot is a major asset!
